I’m thrilled to talk about my newest book on Josee’s blog. Spring into Summer is a book of four erotic novellas, two that take place in the spring and two in the summer.
Sexy, warm and full of passion is how Josee describes her writing. These are great adjectives for such a prolific writer of erotica. In many ways, the words also describe the way I’d like my readers to feel when they read my stories.
For me, erotica is not merely sex scenes connected by commas and paragraphs. Like any genre of writing, good erotica incorporates plot, characterization, and all the elements required to tell a good story. The sexual act is an important part of it, but even more so are the words leading up to it. I’m a fan of long foreplay scenes as they are key to arousal. By the time readers get to the sex, they should be orgasmic if I’ve done my job properly.
My book is made up of four unique stories to stimulate that special part of readers that turns them on, and we all know the biggest sex organ does not reside between the legs but between the ears.
